How to Increase The Importance Of Mens Jeans

By Stout, Nicholas V.

Though they rarely give much thought to the how's of jeans manufacture, jeans is an all-time favourite of Americans. Have you ever been curious as to how this staple of American wardrobe is constructed? A manufacturer first purchases freshly picked cotton and use it to create a cotton yarn. From then, it will be soaked into a dye wash so that the yarn will have a colour and after that it would be woven.

A pattern is generally constructed using heavy cardboard and machines are used to cut the pieces of the jeans. The belt loops are also created in this process. And to make a stonewashed denim, the time when the jeans are being sewn together it should be placed to another wash to change the colour. Lastly, they are being ironed and been packed for the distribution to the stores.

The influence of the old styles back then can be clearly seen at the current trend of men's jeans. I've also, however, seen some quite unique styles or at least styles that I, myself haven't seen before. I've also noticed in certain areas of the United States alone, which seem to be more progressive than others, of which wealth and money might contribute.

However, I can't elaborate on this aspect as I've never been wealthy or possessed a considerable amount of money. However, i had seen how the denims were being made, at least a little. Firstly, is gathering the cotton, which is the main material in the jeans. Drawing together these cotton strands to make threads is the secondary step.

Thirdly, the thread is placed in a dye with heat to give the thread colour. To form the jeans' style, it will be cut and shaped and this would be the last step in the process. It's a very interesting process, and I am told it has become close to a 40 billion dollar industry.
